About Henon

Lovable Infrastructure for Private Finance.

We started with a question: why does the industry that manages trillions still run on spreadsheets? Henon is the answer.

The Origin

Born from a Builder's Frustration

The best firms in private equity and credit have something in common: they want to build. Build better models. Build better processes. Build better outcomes for their investors. But they're trapped — trapped by disconnected systems, manual workflows, and infrastructure that was never designed for the complexity of private markets.

Henon was founded by people who lived this frustration. Who spent careers watching brilliant investment professionals waste weeks reconciling spreadsheets. Who saw AI promise transformation but deliver hallucinations. Who believed that the industry deserved infrastructure as precise as the capital it manages.

So we built it. A zero-error system. A warehouse of truth. An AI that earns trust by being verifiable, not just confident.

Infrastructure that builders can build on — not just configure, but truly build with. That's the promise, and that's what we deliver every day.

Culture

Built by People Who Understand the Problem

Our team brings decades of combined experience across private equity, credit, investment banking, and enterprise software. We've sat in the seats of the people we build for — and that shapes every decision we make.

From fund administrators to portfolio managers, we've lived the pain of disconnected systems and manual reconciliation. That firsthand experience is why Henon's infrastructure feels different — it's built by people who know what "good" looks like from the inside.

The Industry

Private Markets Are at an Inflection Point

$13T+

Global private markets AUM has grown past $13 trillion — yet most firms still run critical operations on spreadsheets and disconnected systems built for a different era.

72%

Of private equity CFOs report that data quality and manual reconciliation are their top operational bottleneck — consuming weeks of analyst time every quarter.

0

The number of errors that should be acceptable in financial infrastructure. That’s not aspirational — it’s the standard Henon was built to deliver.

The industry is evolving. LPs demand more transparency. Regulators demand more accountability. And the firms that will lead the next decade are the ones investing in infrastructure that can keep up. Henon exists to be that infrastructure.

The Henon Thesis
Timeline

The Journey

Henon is founded with a single thesis: private markets deserve infrastructure as rigorous as public markets.

2022

The team goes heads-down building the data infrastructure to ingest, normalize, and make sense of the entire private markets ecosystem.

Values

What We Believe

01

Precision Over Speed

We ship fast, but never at the expense of accuracy. Every feature is tested against zero-error standards before release.

02

Builders, Not Vendors

We don't sell software. We build infrastructure that our clients build on. Their success is our architecture.

03

Transparency by Default

No black boxes. Every calculation is explainable. Every decision is auditable. Every data point is traceable.

04

Compounding Value

Every module makes the others more valuable. Every client makes the platform smarter. Every quarter compounds the advantage.
